UAT Overview
What is UAT:
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is the final phase in software development where actual users test the software to make sure it meets their needs and works correctly. It's the last check before the software is launched. If users are satisfied and everything works as expected, the software is approved and released. If not, changes are made until it meets the requirements.
Tools to Use During UAT
There are a number of tools you can use during your UAT phase.
- Test Cases - See here
- Content Entry Checklist - See here
- Style Sheet - See here
- Help Documentation - Utilise the Solutionists Help Centre for step by step instructions on how to use your website.
Process of UAT
- UAT Testing: Complete UAT testing utilising test cases above
- UAT Feedback Logged: any feedback can be logged accordingly (see here for details).
- UAT Feedback Addressed: The team will then address any UAT feedback as needed
